"Better Than Most Dessert Runs"
I grabbed a sundae, a shake, and a root beer float, they were all made really well. Compared to a lot of places where everything gets thrown together in a rush, these actually looked neat and not sloppy. The shake was nice and thick, exactly how I like it. Definitely happy with the order

"Was skeptical, but the website was spot on"
I checked Brusters before heading out because I really didn’t feel like wasting a trip, and I half expected something to be wrong. But nope, everything matched, the hours, the location, even the flavors they had listed. I went from annoyed and suspicious to pleasantly surprised fast. The site was simple to use too, which made the whole thing easy. It’s kind of a relief when a website is actually up to date for once.

"Looked Cute, But the Cake Was Kind of a Letdown"
I ordered a custom birthday cake it looked really nice when I first saw it, so I was excited. But once we actually tasted it, it was just... okay. Not bad, but definitely not anything special either. For a custom dessert, I was hoping it would taste as good as it looked, especially since it was for a birthday. Kind of disappointing...

"I picked up my order and the cups..."
I picked up my order and the cups were already leaking before I even made it home. By the time I checked everything, there was a mess all over the bag. i wouldn’t feel confident ordering drinks from here again unless they fix the packaging

"Love trying their seasonal flavors"
I always like checking Bruster’s to see what limited-time flavors they have out. The pumpkin ones were especially good and tasted really fresh. It’s just nice when a place puts in the effort to offer something different and still treats customers right. I’ve never had a bad scoop here.

"Pretty easy online order, with one small downside"
I ordered through brusters.com and overall it was a smooth experience. Picking my ice cream and paying was quick, and my order was ready when I got there, which I really appreciated. The site itself felt a little basic and could probably be easier to browse, but it got the job done without any real problems.

"The rewards really do add up"
I’m really glad I signed up for Bruster’s rewards. I stop in often with my kids, so it’s nice to get points and little perks back for something we were already doing. The app/site has been easy to use, and I haven’t had any issues redeeming rewards. getting free ice cream after a few visits feels like such a nice bonus — definitely appreciated!

"I do like ice cream, but the menu..."
I do like ice cream, but the menu at Brusters felt kind of limited to me, like, there are definitely flavors, but not many that really jumped out if you’re not in the mood for the usual basics.
I was hoping for a few more options, maybe more non-dairy choices, different toppings, or some more dessert-style stuff. It’s totally fine if you just want classic ice cream, but for me, the selection was a bit disappointing

"Parking was kind of a hassle"
The ice cream was really good, but getting in and out wasn’t fun. The parking lot’s tiny, and it was hard to turn around, especially with kids in the car.

I thought the food was really tasty overall, and the price seemed fair for the most part. Sometimes it feels a little pricey, but maybe I’m just overthinking it depending on what I order. Either way, I’d probably come back

I go to Brusters a lot, and the scoops are usually a good size. It kinda depends on who’s working though, because some days they pack it in and other days it’s a little less. But it still tastes good, so I’d say it’s mostly worth it

The ice cream showed up nice and cold, which is really the main thing for me with an order like this. The driver was a little late, so if I’d been in a rush I probably would’ve been more annoyed, but since everything arrived in good shape, I’d still call it a decent experience

"I’ve always liked Bruster’s and the…"
I’ve always liked Bruster’s and the ice cream was still really good, but my last visit was just okay because of the service. No one was rude or anything, but the staff seemed rushed and kind of distracted. It also felt like I was being passed around a bit before anyone actually helped me, even though it wasn’t that busy. Not a terrible experience, but I think it would be a lot better if things were a little more organized and the staff came across a bit friendlier.

The waffle cone tasted kind of stale, and the bowl didn’t seem super fresh either, if that makes sense. It just wasn’t what I was expecting

"Party order support was a bit frustrating"
I was trying to get catering info for a party, and the support experience was kind of rough at first. Replies took longer than I expected, and the order details felt a little confusing to sort through. That said, I’m sure they were busy, and once I did get some answers, it wasn’t terrible — just not as smooth as I hoped.
